Privacy Policy

DMS IMS respects your privacy and is committed to protecting any personal information that you provide to DMS IMS via this website.  For the avoidance of doubt, by using this website, you hereby acknowledge and permit the transmission of data throughout the DMS group, and to any DMS affiliates, agents and third party service providers in accordance with the purposes outlined below.

You are not required to provide any personal information to access public areas of this website.  However, when you contact DMS IMS, you may provide certain personal details including but not limited to your name, email address, address and phone number.  Personally identifiable information will only be collected from you voluntarily and DMS IMS will only collect information that it believes to be relevant and required to understand your needs and to conduct DMS IMS’ business.  In the event that you enter into an agreement for products or services with DMS IMS, more information may need to be collected in order for DMS IMS to comply with its regulatory and legal obligations and to comply with its obligations under any related product terms.  If you communicate with DMS IMS via a “contact us” form, DMS IMS may add the information provided by you and any additional information that is publicly available to DMS IMS’ contact database.  From time to time DMS IMS may ask you by email to review your contact details and mailing list preferences and update them as necessary, allowing DMS IMS to keep your contact information up-to-date and send only information that you have requested and/or is relevant to you.
