Jeremy O’Sullivan is a Director of DMS Investment Management Services (Europe) Ltd. (DMS) and is based in Dublin, Ireland. He also serves as an independent director on a range of European regulated funds and Section 110 vehicles and has extensive experience in UCITS, AIFMD, alternative investment vehicles, private equity and structured finance structures.
Jeremy performs a dual role in the Dublin office, assisting DMS’ global client base in understanding the requirements and options open to them in the European regulated space and overseeing the in time zone support provided to DMS’ European clients.
Previously, he worked with BNY Mellon Fund Services (Ireland) Limited. In this role, he was responsible for the EMEA and APAC Alternative Investment Services New Business Implementation team covering alternative investments and private equity structures.
Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Jeremy worked as a business solutions manager with FundAssist, a specialist service provider to the investment funds industry. He began his career in the Accounting and Valuations Alternative Funds Department at HSBC Securities Services (Ireland) Limited.
Jeremy is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from University College Cork, Ireland. He is a member of the Institute of Directors in Ireland (M.Inst.D), the Association of Compliance Officers in Ireland, the Irish Debt Securities Association and is a working member of the Irish Funds Management Company Effectiveness Work Group.
